HER STORY

Anaya comes from a family with limited financial resources, but her parents share a dream that means everything to them: giving their daughter the opportunity to build a better future through education.

Her father works as a milkman in the local community. Each day, he collects milk from farmers and delivers it to customers in town. He does not have the capital to run a larger business or purchase milk in bulk. Instead, he earns a small income through the work of collecting and delivering milk. His earnings depend on the amount of milk he can deliver, and after meeting the family's daily needs, there is little left to save.

Anaya’s mother is a homemaker who also contributes to the family income whenever she can. She participates in a local handicraft group, earning a modest amount through her work. Although both parents do what they can to support their family, their combined income is barely enough to cover essential expenses, making the additional costs of education a constant concern.

Despite these financial challenges, Anaya’s parents have not given up on their hopes for her. They understand that education can open doors to opportunities that may otherwise remain out of reach. They continue to look for ways to support her schooling, making sacrifices whenever possible because they want her to have choices and opportunities that they themselves may never have had.

However, determination alone cannot always overcome financial hardship. School fees, uniforms, books, transportation, and other educational expenses can place a significant burden on a family whose income is already stretched thin. Without support, continuing education can become an uncertain journey.

This is where Breeze of Joy Foundation is making a difference. Through its educational support and scholarship program, the foundation helps girls from underserved communities continue their education despite their families’ financial difficulties.
